I know they are a fortune but hopefully going to go halves with a m8 . Every elec show I walk past their stand and drool don't think they sell many at the shows
the jointers at the power station i was working on had them. unless you get a big factory install ect, i dont think they woould be cost effective. Rachet cutters and normal crimpers do me!
I was working in a shop the other week, for a shopfitting electrical company, via an agency, and the sparks there used hammer and cold chisel, to crimp the new submains during a mains changeover!
Already got the ratchet cutters, just thought of getting the last crimper I will ever need to own plus they are really cool in the states you can even buy crimping tools that are basically just two metal dies that are on a hindged joint and you wack it till the crimp takes, looks very heath robinson
Cost well out weighs the use I would get out of them Unless some kindly boss gets them as an HnS issue to assist reducing the strain arms are taking lol
