looking for a logo

i am thinking of putting a logo on all my paperwork i have no access to computer at the moment, using tablet. want some free software, but everyone i look at gets so far then want money. i was wondering what program you guys use,joining elecsa as well and would like there logo how do you get it?

So what software do you have already? I just did something simple with MS Word.

i could easily do it on photoshop if i had my old laptop but i haven't. i don't need anyone to design it for me just some basic software. it seems a waste of money buying a program for doing something i only need to do once.
