Discuss low voltage spots in the Electrical Wiring, Theories and Regulations area at ElectriciansForums.net

depens what you mean the 'same circuit'?

do you mean the upstairs lighting circuit,

or all fed off one lighting point in the bathroom?

sorry need further clarification !
"point "is a very general electrical term (sorry in advance shakey)
are you intending to put all lights wired into one ceiling rose?
putting them on the same circuit shouldnt be a problem ,and running them through the switch shouldnt be either
as long as you comply with section 701 you should be fine

hi i have 4 lights in the bathroom on the same circuit the 2 over the bath i want to be low voltage and the other 2 i want to be 240v gu10s is that ok to do that

sounds fine to me , i advise that the lv's are ip rated and sheilded ,you dont want to be in the bath if one of the gu10 explode!!!
coincidently im replying on a different thread at the moment with a similar topic
