Evening guys...

I've been trying to find a thread on here about the potential problems when consumers eventually try and make a claim under their Manufacturers Performance Guarantees..........

I've been asked by a couple of customers what the procedure would be.....who covers the initial cost of finding out the fault....who pays for the labour when replacing a faulty panel....

I remember reading a thread that covers this subject well.....if anyone can remember it I be very grateful....
 
I think a lot of customers would be lucky if the manufacturer is still in business. However, from memory, I'm pretty sure CHUBB underwrote a lot of the guarantees, might be a place to start
