Hi,

I recently bought an ex display Neff Induction Hob. Unfortunately the power cable to it has been cut off and needs replacing. Is it possible to fix this? Where can I get a new cable from? Will I need a wiring diagram? Any info would be greatly appreciated!

Thanks,
JLO

Take it back to the supplier, even ex-display must adhear to the requirements of sale.

Yes, unless the product was described to you as 'without flex' then you are entitled to a replacement or repair.

Alternatively, a quick call to NEFF technical department might get your question answered.

Yes they do have a butyl type flex, normaly five core.

two pairs of two cores are crimped together to make the Line and N connections.

4mm flex will easily cope with 32A :)

Oh ritey...the one i did never had any flex on :( just the normal type of cooker connections.

Yeah i seem to remember the one i did being 11KW. I got mixed up...i did 2 ovens on a 10mm supply but also put in a 10mm supply for the hob.
