NICEIC Certification Scheme niceic secure login

hi to all, basically i have just recieved my confirmation of my enrollment with the niceic, i have been sent a certificate with a enrolement number, however, i still cannot login. it says user name which i assume is the company name and password which i assume is the enrolement number. please can some one explain step by step or do i get a user name and password through the post. please can some one explain
