I don't particularly support their methods, but there was a fair degree of truth to their allegations, and the market is a hell of a lot more stable now without big name european manufacturers going bust every other week.
Their prices are now competitive, but I'd be astounded if you could actually get them cheaper than the EU limit on chinese panel prices - 0.56 euro per Wp = 46p per Wp, I've not seen them offered for anything close to that even at quantities of 500kWp per quarter (not that we're quite at that level, but I know what they're priced at for that level).
Can't argue with the quality either, that was the key selling point for me.
