Attached is a photo of my CU , it is a split unit , 80amp MCB main switch left and a 60amp RCB on the right , I want to build this to a Double RCB unit , but has you can see in the picture it has only 2 Neutral terminal bars , any info has to how I can fit another Neutral bar for the second RCB switch , I had thought about reducing the lengh of the earth Terminal !! .

You could get it replaced for a 17th edition board, which would have been built with dual rcd capability in mind. It could incorporate that shower unit to the right as well, so would be tidier.
 
As Geoff said you can reconfigure the existing to use the non rcd neutral bar as an RCD bar, jst take the existing neutral connection to the tops of the RCDs and and tail out from the added one to the existing. I hope that makes sense :D
