Does anybody know what's happening with Line products. Put an order in with express delivery over a week ago not received any goods, e mailed them no reply. I transferred the money on line so that's out of my account.Tried phoning them goes straight to answer machine have lefts messages no response. Don't know what else to do.

I hope they've not gone bust too. I ordered some line enclosures, then later website said out of stock so would presume still trading. I keep phoning leaving messages e mailing but no response. Don't know what else to do. Got order confirmation but received nothing since, correspondence or Goods!!!

I find the black eggs are much easier to use though, would be a sad time if they are no more

I think they are having a few troubles as the last order I made was supposed to be with me next day but turned up a week later but missing a couple of bits. I have emailed a few times but no replies. So I have now moved to wago as screwfux had a good deal on them.
Still prefer the grenades to the wago enclosures.

Did you pay using a credit card?
Didnt use credit card couldn't find it at the time so did bank transfer.Had dealt with them before without any problems, unfortunately the one time I didn't use the card this happens!!!

yes there is a fee but one quick call solves the issues

They seemed to change from paypal to nochex, I have a claim in with nochex, waiting to see if I get a reply from nochex or line products. Maybe wago should buy out the enclosure side of it, as I really like the black eggs.

I have been away (as some of you stated) and have been seriously let down. I sincerely apologize for this!
I will respond to all queries and other issues directed to LINE this weekend.
Stock should be available again in a few weeks though I may have to change the stock profile to suit alternate distribution.

i have had that before with companies and i now refuse to use them.
after 2 weeks and no contact i ring my bank/contact paypal about not receiving goods.
He has been away, received email today to say they will restock as soon as he can.

i dont think that is the problem.
its more that the website allowed orders and took payment when there was no stock and no mention of the delays etc.
every website should be like amazon and similar services that doesnt allow purchases/charges if there isnt any stock.
it would not be difficult to add a db query into the website before purchase to check if there is stock, from there it could either say.
come back later or place a backorder.

Nothing wrong with Wago boxes. In fact, possibly easier, as you can fit them after making the joint, rather than having to remember to fit it first.
bet you forget the boot on a SWA gland as well.lol.

for electricians by electricians over the last 6 weeks virtually every other day it continually says SOLD OUT.
Have emailed "Farrel" the owner of the company in January got reply that they should be in stock in mid February, Have emailed since NO reply and NO stock.
Has anybody else had trouble obtaining, what is a very good junction box???

Anybody know what's happening with line? He just ignores emails and doesn't answer the phone! Its a shame nobody else makes a similar enclosure! Don't like wagoboxes!
