If you change a CU and notice the bathroom extractor fan has No isolator, Just directly fed off the light, Would you put this in the box "Details of departures from BS7671 " Or would you only make a comment on this if you were filling out a PIR and not an EIC?

You're giving a certificate for work you have carried out.

Unless you are working to a higher standard than our regs, may I suggest you don't have any departures on thus work carried out.

Existing works on the other hand, which you are reporting of, may have departures left right and centre.
