I've always found Easycert people to be quite accommodating, at least to me as a paying customer.
If you've let the customer care package expire, then you're no longer a paying customer, and can't therefore expect to get the same service as a paying customer.

I've had a few queries and little issues over the past 12 years or so that I have had EasyCert and have always received prompt replies and had all queries and issues solved.

I get the same nag box. I'll live with clicking on the button until I CBA to renew. ?
