identify roof tile?

Having trouble identifying roof tiles, how did you guys learn this? good site somewhere?
i have job that has interlocking tiles, The V2 type, but there are others similar with rounded curve type tiles as opposed to these. Will all fixing roof mounted kits be the same for an interlocked tile type??

Not really, depends on the roofer at the time, depth of baton, is usually something that can catch you out, plain concrete interlocking are normally 50mm high from rafter, others are 30mm, best thing to do if you can is get to the roof prior install and measure the depth from rafter to top of tile, then find a suitable bracket.

Different types of tiles are never ending, but you soon learn the most common ones to your area, and if in doubt take a photo and show the supplier.
