Installed 3 yrs ago (in apts) as part of newbuild development. Builder liquidated shortly after; left no details on this behind. How frequent is this supposed to be checked or serviced? Can any plumber/electrician do, or else who is certified to do so? Would appreciate any advice - Thank you.

Unvented cylinder = G3 Building regs and requires a plumber / heating engineer with G3 unvented qualification to check it anually.
