Now its up to you...... and metal munch your way to success
Sound ill use me teeth
Would such an alteration affect the type testing of the CU?when you remove the MCB you will have created a free way...!! shimmy the RCD along and install a piece of busbar from L out on main switch to feed your RCBO...!
what model CU have you got!! is teh Main switch in the middle or to the side!
You could also do as Durham suggested,
with the original MCB feeding the shed, instead of an RCBO at the house CU ie. feed the existing, MCB from the main switch, effectively creating a non RCD protected way.
This will then save you having to alter the shed CU, and give you the best of both, ie. the RCD local to the shed, and no effect on the house CU
could do meaning keeping the rcd at the shed but jst coming off m/s into the mcb in house board.
i fit Eaton CU as standard and the Busbar comes apart with little resistance at the notches!!
yes it has 3 neutral bars!!
