hi Guys

any ideas what code you would issue (if any) for 3 phase neutral and earth circuit ran through two TW+E cables, the circuit is supplied via a 3 phase mcb (the blue of one cable is used as the L2, its ran through trunking throught its route,

i know its not good practice but is there anything actually against the regs doing so ??

if there is ! which code would you advise

thanks

Using T&E in such a manner to my mind would not warrent a code.
If the conductors are not identified correctly, then I'd apply a code C3.

Each part of a circuit shall be arranged such that the conductors are not distributed over different multicore cables, conduit, ducting systems, trunking systems or tray or ladder systems

This requirement need not be met where a number of multicore cables, forming one circuit, are installed in parallel. Where multicore cables are installed in parallel each cable shall contain one conductor of each line

That is the part that I think would snag it for me colin.
If if not who the bloody hell runs 2X T + E in a trunking as a 3 phase supply, must be Roy Rogers.
