Can someone recommend me a training provider based in Birmingham, better than the course i'm doing now which is just theory based at the moment ? Colleges have been mentioned, but thats not until September. I'm 12 months into a home study course at the moment paying £55 a month, but i've got another option in the pipe-line at the moment which is based nearer to where I live, and they offer a 20 day course, and a slightly cheaper price with practical work thrown in for good measure. I'm 42 years old if that doesn't put me on the scrap heap.

I'm not waiting until September. Sod that. Isn't there nothing starting sooner ??

I've just looked a place called Opticians Skills
