Hi,

I understand that all junction boxes have to be accessible. If I use junction boxes on lighting downlighters, would you classify, popping out the downlight fitting and pulling down the transformer/junction box as accessible?

yes, but using a standard jb isn't acceptable because the cables have to be secured, there are new jb's that satisfy these silly regs.
