Not being funny here..but I think you need to get an electrician in to sort it out for you.
Can you borrow a tester from someone?
Sounds like you need to look at it with a fresh head and TEST your circuits, sounds like youve made a basic error somewhere.
I guess we have all made mistakes.
With my busbar across the bottom that i put in to the terminations
