Yes - no big deal just less output. We've done east/west splits that produce a worthwhile yield. it's upto the customer to work out if the return is acceptable to them given their investment surely. I'm generally more concerned about shading issues whose impact is harder to model / predict.
 
My own property is South East and have no probs. some believe that south west will give a marginally better return due to better sunlight in the afternoon.......
 
I have this setup installed on my own property. Excellent yield. You can do a SAP calculation to show you predicted output and returns.
