Do you know if I can get the energy generated from a PV array per month.
Sunny gives the yearly amount, but can I determine how much the PV generates, let`s say, in June?

PVGIS - PV potential estimation utility Pop in your postcode / location system size, orientation etc, the report (which you can save to text file, pdf or on screen) will give you month by month data.

And yes, it covers Romania as well.
