nothing to do with Electrics ....!! and i would never part with money for a new franchise!!! like i said its existing and still trading but owner wants to retire..!

So what are you actually buying? Just the name of the business and client base?
Does the clients' loyalty lie with the business or the previous business owner?

i'd be very wary of chucking that kind of loot into a business i knew nothing about.

A pilot friend of mine buys, builds , develops and sells numerous business' in his spare time.

Just do your research and get verified accounts THAT TALLY WITH TAX RETURNS.

. Yeah we bought a franchise years ago after three months the whole lot went bust. But it give me a good understanding of the business, 12 years on we now still trade in that business with five staff members and a nice profit. We are in the mortgage business we also do insurance, you state it’s an insurance business you will be buying what is called this back book this is commission over the years from insurance he has placed. The thing I would say is that most peoples back book are decreasing as more and more people get quotes from moneysupermarket etc. If he is selling the insurance business and he has a different market to moneysupermarket’s where people can not go on the internet and get the deals from them, then you will make very good and easy money.
