Just installed a plastic consumer unit as I do not have to fit steel until 01/01/16. Do I use a pre amd3 certificate or a amd3 certificate? Thanks.

We are under AMD3 now ... as this particular requirement isn't needed until next year then the date on your cert will be good enough to make your point if anyone was to ever query it

I'd use an amd. 3 as all other implementations have been in force for some time.

Metal CUs doesn't come into effect until Jan next year so use the current certificate, blimey

I printed off a LOT of them, ever use them or you lot got to start using them as a Toilet paper (GLOSSED)
