advice needed. late 2004 CRv.
1st setting (lights off) comes on automatic here in norway when i turn the ignition on. all lights work in that setting.
2nd setting nothing works and that fuse blows everytime i turn to that setting.
3rd setting front dipped or high work but no back lights work except brake n reverse..
any ideas????
 
If there's no difference, what's the point of the second position?
There will be lamps illuminating various internal controls, and I expect these only come on in the second position, so that's where I'd be looking for the fault.
