There was a refridgeration company here in Northampton trading for years called 007 refidgeration a couple of years ago I understand they got threatend of being taken to court by the james bond people and had to change name to 700 or something like that.it was in the local paper etc.

I'd keep the name until solicitors letters arrive, if at all, then go to the press and get some coverage during the name change. Seems to have worked wonders for the fridge guys.
