In a small restaurant theres a single phase supply just wondering what size converter i would need to convert 3 phase to single phase and what size mcb to install into the ccu

How many pins thas that Blue plug got that's on the oven?

Are you sure it's three phase, looks like a single phase plug to me

That's a single phase plug. Do you have a picture of the oven rating plate?

1st thought is that the appliance is either 1 phase or 3 phase, dependent on how it's wired.

Got to agree here, I think the OP has mistakenly assumed 3-phase because of the 3 pins in an industrial style plug as opposed to a standard 13amp he may be used to.
