Hey guys,

Merry Christmas (maybe too early? - I've seen hundreds of trees up so maybe not lol) from me and Lou, and on behalf of the staff, who I can't thank enough for being awesome and covering on all the forums for the past year or so. I've had a lot going on, and it's still going on. So thanks for that.

Are you guys all done for xmas? You getting all the calls from customers wanting things finished for xmas? You got all your xmas prezzies? (or shop xmas eve like me?

Here's to a brilliant Xmas and a wonderful new year. :)

Moving home in January...downsizing, they call it.
My wife put up our artificial tree, spent all day decorating it, given it's our last christmas here...
then she took some pics, posted it on Gumtree...and sold it, complete with decorations, within an hour! Buyer picked it up the next morning, so I have nowhere to put the presents this year...so probably won't buy any!
Never mind...as per my previous post, I have already bought my own present which my daughter will give me on christmas day...
she won't know what it is, but I will!
Can't wait to see her face! Errmmm...what's a "proving unit, Dad?"

I'm going to start a justgiving page to get Pirate a new tree.

That is awful. Should have put on her Gumtree ad "tree available December 26th - Decorations by negotiation"

That said, we will take ANY lights or decorations for free; I want my house to be like those American houses you see of youtube with the lights flashing in time to music.

I'd prefer a new mast, actually...the good ship is suffering from termites picked up in the Southern Ocean!
However, if anyone needs a lawnmower, other assorted garden tools, a very posh top-box and roof bars, let me know! Moving to a flat, as my home port, will be spending more time afloat and in Spain, and am very glad i will never have to mow the lawn or weed the flowerbeds again!

All done for Christmas now apart from a 440 mile drive home tomorrow. Not bad considering I was in oz for a meeting yesterday morning (really Monday night with the time difference lol)
