What's the best way to wire an FCU that fed an old immersion heater now disconnected to power a light that is to be fitted in a cupboard upstairs. The FCU is halfway in the cupboard so a bit far to use a switched fcu for the downlight so I need to connect a switch near the door. Would this be right...

1.5 from load side line to COM at switch
Neutral in connector block
1.5 to L1 then neutral to same connector block as other neutral.
Line from L1 and the neutral to JB
From junction box to transformer to downlight
 
dont forget the 3amp fuse !

also make sure the FCU is on the correct rating MCB at the consumer unit 16/20a
