Had it more than 30 days, won't issue money back if item is not faulty.

Open to offers, would keep it but I bought a Milwaukee which matches the rest of my kit.

Claim it is faulty. Tell them it cuts out after use even with a fresh battery. No way to prove it doesn't. Never had trouble returning stuff to screwfix
