Hi folks,
I'm carrying out an EICR on a 3-Ph board which cannot be isolated fully - only certain circuits at certain times. Supply protected by 3x 88-2 fuses.
When carrying out PSCC/PFC, I'm getting a small spark at the probe on the neutral bar/MET intermittently. Can anyone explain this? The test is being carried out at the origin. Could it be anything to do with the fact that some of the circuits are under load at the time of testing? I am aware that to do things by the book, the board itself should be isolated. The results aren't overly massive - around 6.9kA (13.8kA Phase to Phase).
