On a test sheet I have, it says at the bottom of one of the sheets,

Registration number ................. (The registration number is essential information)

im im not sure what a registration number this means. If I can upload a pic direct from my tablet I will, I don't have any accounts to upload an URL.

I've never done eic's or eicr's but I've seen the forms and I believe it refers to your registration body's (niceic/napit/elecsa/eca) membership number.

Thanks, Well I'm not in one, I'd have to check the regs to see if it is actually needed on the sheet or not. If not I can edit it off

In BGB page 393 the example certificate has no such requirement.

It would appear you are using a certificate originating from one of the schemes.

Probably right Geoff, I know the NICEIC do issue green certs for non members, anyone can buy them and they are a copy of their members red forms, that sheet the OP showed a link to looks like one of theirs.

If you issue the customer with a minor works then the work will not need to be notified I would think in the vast majority of cases.

The work should have already been notified as they have had an extension done, I'll give the cert to the customer, if the council accept it off them, then I can put one in for my own house that I did 6-7 years ago and I'll finally get my extension signed off too.

Ok thanks, I can edit it off the cert, I got the cert from a free download. If not I'll just put N/A in the box as already suggested
