I've been asked to go and look at a job running a supply to a greenhouse. I assume I need to main bond the greenhouse alu frame?

TT would be an option.

Domestic. I'm not sure yet what they are after, i'll report back thursday after I have been. I just got passed the job by a mate and he said they want a supply in the greenhouse so dont know if its lights, heater, socket or a combination of any.

There is little point in main bonding a greenhouse frame. The purpose of bonding is to create a zone of equal potential. As any person in or around the greenhouse is likely to be in contact with the general mass of earth a zone of equal potential cannot be created. Bonding the frame will increase, not decrease the risk of electric shock.

Can the frame even be described as an extraneous part?
It's sits on the ground yes but are there any parts of the frame fixed or buried within in the general mass of earth?
