Dont see it as intimidating! we all fit in somewhere, there will always be people that have more knowledge, specialist knowledge, or just been around longer, however theres always someone who may learn from what you know! im learning everyday from this place and i also get plenty of oppertunitys to impart my skills and knowledge!
