I was thinking the same thing, hopefully the OP will return and confirm either way so we can help him avoid electocution, Must be careful what is said here as the team are waiting to pounce and ban any unfriendly remarks. I hope the OP understands we want to help not take the pees.

I genuinely am worried about the op and I mean it. He was going to put a 10mm2 cable into a joint box under the bath to feed the bath and the shower. He then said the shower would be a seperate run and it was 9.5kw, so we were okay with that and hopeful it was okay. Then the whirlpool bit got all confused and over the place, looks like a flex from a 13 amp spur is going in now. The last time we chatted he couldn't confirm the load of the whirlpool, hopefully he knows what it is now and will let us know.

Hear Hear if the OP can't be bothered why should illustrious Forum bother with him/her bad manners, I agree it ticks me off as well, the question is, if this is a peestake then FFS why, I have better things to do than answer ridiculous questions, only to find its a wind up, I'm going back to the bottle

Found out whirlpool is sufficient on a 13a spur by plumber. So i was thinking seperate circuit, 2.5mm t&e switched fcu outside bathroom to isolate. But still unsure on what to run from the fcu to under the bath? Some sort of flex cable ? Bath comes with a ip rated box under it for connecting too. THANKS
