Hi all. New to this forum so hi.
I love tinkering and stuff so looking for advice on this one. I have a battery charger from my old gramps. It's old but I love it.
It still works great and charges but I wondered if I could or should replace the transformer coil bit inside.? Is it Easy to identify a replacement or should I bother??

I presume you tried to upload a pic. You need a certain amount of posts do do that.

Personally I would leave it original if all is well.

Yes, it's fastened down nicely.
I just think it looks cool. I'll give.it a hoover out then and get a couple of gromets. Can you tell if it still outputs good charge?
