BIg difference between Inverter and Meter readings

Went to look at a 10KW install today that was installed last june and company went bust.

The Power one 3 phase inverter reads 4274Kwh's where the elster A1140 reads only 4066Kwh's

I havent seen one with this much difference before is this an acceptable difference?

How far from the inverter is the meter? What size is the AC cable run from the inverter? As it is, a 5% deviation is not that unusual imo

the meter is less than 1M from inverter!

Ok, then it probably isn't a volt drop issue then! I can't comment on the accuracy of the P1 but the meter is certified for accuracy to a small fraction of its base current, so I would doubt the meter is at fault tbh
