I'm Krismo. I'm Polish. I have been living in Scotland for 5 years. I started as a plumber (typical eh...). I was doing some wiring (heating controls) on the job and then I got 17th (first paper), then inspection and testing and here I am, a Polish plumber and sparky in one package.
I enjoy my work a lot and I wish everyone the same.
By the way: it's pretty easy here, as in Poland 99% of houses are made of concrete, bricks or some other masonry stuff. Lots of drilling, hammering...
Here... I stab the wall with a screwdriver and I am on the other side. Perfect.
I like the whole trade culture in here. I mean: traders with their colourful vans, customers having "their plumbers", "their electricians", industrial estates all over the country. Good to see this level of respect and business going on. It's like in computer games.
Very good people here in Scotland.
