Reference Method - Schedule of Test Results - CU change

Amendment 1 added a "Reference Method" column to the schedule of test results and while this makes perfect sense for new installs I am a little confused about what should be entered into this column for consumer unit changes, i.e. where you can't see all the cable runs so can't be sure what the reference method for each circuit actually is. Do you enter what you have assumed the reference method to be, perhaps with an additional note somewhere to say that it hasn't been verified, or enter n/v or n/a or something else? What's everyone else doing?

I've got my Part P assessment coming up soon and I'm planning on showing a job that includes a CU change so I'd like to get this right.

You are only certifying your work, so you would put N/A in this column unless you can the whole length of the run and its installation method. Or if you had installed a new circuit then you would put the relevant one ion for any you have done.

You wont get beaten up for either putting the incorrect ref method in or not putting one in at all.
