last year my college decided that they were going to offer the EAL equivalent of the 2330 level 2 as they were under the impression that the 2330 was being phased out etc.

When we went back in sept 2012 to reg for EAL level 3, they told us that they were now going to go back to the 2330 !!!!

My dilemma is that with the 2356 ending this month, and having to gain my nvq 3 from the new 2357 next year, i wont have the 2330 level 2 to transfer into the 2357 ( c & g recognise the 2330 level 2/3, meaning that you only have to do a short "conversion" course to cover 1 environmental unit).

Has anyone any idea how much it would be to register and just sit the 2330 level 2 exams?

I thought the courses were equivalent to each other? I'd say the only one who could answer that would be your local college mate.

Jesus C&G if it ain't broke don't fix it
