Years ago I did two similar on the North East coast in north Northumberland .
The sea facing window was full wall . The views were spectacular.

Yeah It was, don't get many sites like that. The next phase should be kicking off just in time for summer as well

Yes , mainly the support brackets . But the frames suffered too. They oxidized and became all one.
The Stienel PIR's held up well though.

Be a bit of both , salt water will cause verdigris, but so does acidic plaster /lime. Then the reaction starts..................
