Windows Actuator not working

Hello,

If I`ve got a windows actuator not working because it`s pulling too much current. What`s need to be done? Should I just upgrade the MCB from 6a to the next one?

What is the rating of the actuator?
a picture of the nameplate showing the tech spec would be usefull

There are 8 actuators (Windows Master WMX 820 24VDC) connected to one powerpack (Ballast unit VNT 8A/2 - https://www.stg-beikirch-shop.de/gb/control-systems/2.4.1-ballasts/352/ballast-unit-vnt-8a/2) with the following electrical specs.

What type of MCB do we need to supply the 3 Powerpack below?

Power supply has its own built in fuse,
therefore you only need to protect the cable that supplies it.

Ok, so can I use a C2 MCB even if I`ve got 3-5 power packs? If one pack doesn`t work, it`s not because it`s pulling too much current then.

I think you need someone to look at this, originally you said 1 power pack supplies 8 actuators, now you have several powerpacks.

originally you had a C6 breaker you wanted to increase and now it’s a C2 you want to increase it to?

That`s right. there are different supplies. Some got only one powerpack and some got up to 3 power packs. The one I`ve got an issue with got 3 power pack, one MCB and up to 8 windows actuator per power pack.

I agree I might need to make a list of all of the windowns and maybe resize some of the MCBs.

The one I`ve got issues with has a C2 MCB. I was wondering if this could be the reason. Do I need to upgrade the MCB? There is a MCB calculator online. If each powerpack consumption is 260W, should I add them = 780W. Then, what MCB do we need if we send 230v to all powerpack at the same time?
