DIY or Homeowner (Perhaps seeking pro advice, or an electrician)
My new to me house has concrete floors ground and first floor and the existing wiring is in trunking conduit all exposed.

So I want the wiring hidden in coving is this allowed.

Thanks

I think you can get plastic trunking that looks like skirting boards, so the same as coving might also exist.

How do you come over to the light position? Strap and plasterboard the ceiling and hide cables in between?
In fact… you could do that with the walls too, and add insulation?

some picture might be helpful.
