Help I'm going stir crazy,

I can't find cable Calcs for 16mm armoured cable reference method B. 2 cables.
Page 362 covers reference method C-E but where did A and B go?

not usual to install SWA method A or B.

SWA is not normally installed in method B and so no data is given in the regulations for that method. Which particular installation method within B are you planning to use?

I agree, that seems only option.
I was hoping if I could find method B it would top 100A, but to be on safe side I'll put 80A fuse in switchfuse.

That was not a serious suggestion! I thought the smiley at the end (and the obvious) gave it away

You appear to be doing your calculations incorrectly.
You need to calculate Ib then select In which you then apply de-rating factors to. Once you have the de-rated Value you then select a cable size which has a ccc greater than it. Then calculate the VD and predicted Zs to confirm compliance.
You do not start with the cable size and work backwards from there.
