There are a few things there which appear to be wrong,

Its incomplete and poorly written. A quick glance at the results actually logged, don't look overly suspicious. But this said, if who ever issued it can't be bothered to complete it begs the question of the validity of the tests and results anyway

Edit: a closer look reveals some errors, now I'm suspicious.

Edit: ooh dear my bad, I've zoomed in and it appears who ever issued this hasn't a clue.

What a shocker of a cert! Id be worried if the contractor was in that much of a rush to do cerr how much has he actually tested.? Why has efli been lim on some circuits.? Is this noted why in the limitation front cover.?

A periodioc report on a flat. When I was with the NICEIC I had certs from them. And filled them out correctly. A test on a 2 bed flat like this would take me at least 2 hours

Apparently he is registered with ELECSA but I can't find him on there. The cert he has issued is on you can by online or from electrical wholesalers. Why do this ?

In fairness that would depend on the extent and limitations agreed with the person ordering the work.

Looks like a split load (16th edition) board with a couple of RCBOs thrown in for the lighting circuits.
Not sure why there is n/a for presence of RCD protection for circuits of a location containing a bath or shower?
Is there a bath or shower room?

Hmmm... that old chestnut.

There are many folk out there claiming to be registered when they are not. If I was blagging like this guy seems to be then surely I'd take the time to make sure the cert was completed and correct?

Seems like he wasn't ar**d either way.

That's a cowboy novel ain't it? Crikey that's a load of old tosh, whoever filled that in want's their bottom smacked, perhaps they were running out of ink.
