As title; am after old/used/naff BG RCBOs to throw one or two in my wiring rig and as they wont be used IRL I can't really justify the £10-20 price tag new ones attract so figured I'd be cheeky and ask.

On a side note; do many sparks reuse old/removed kit if its still in workings order (MCBs/RCDs etc) and build a stock for 'emergency swap-out (you get to a job, need to replace an MCB etc but don't have new on the van and customer doesn't want to wait for new parts but wants power now)?

I tend not to re-use gear out of old boards, particularly MCBs, RCBs, RCBOs., purely from the point of view that it's not possible to fully test the MCBs and thus, not knowing their history I'm not keen on taking on the responsibility for them.

I do keep a bunch of stuff though, for emergency use only. I've kept a selection of BS 3036 boards to dissect for spares for example. But they are for repairs only.

I have a couple of new BG 32A RCBOs type B you can have for free. PM me your address.

I may have some new Hager mcbs and rcd too - interested in them too?
