Rcd again

Hi guys. dolls

split load board protec. Rcd wont reset took all neutrals out board both sides all breakers off and all lines disconnected even took all earths out one by one it won't reset unless main switch is off soon as main switch is on it trips again .. IR readings spot on neutral earth .

swap rcd for other.

RCD want fail unless there is a load on it .swop rcd from one side to other.

There's only one rcd it's a split load board it won't reset unless main switch is off
