I would put all new members on moderation for the first two posts, and look to get better anti spam software.

..I'm often having that problem with the fix -- try quickly ,
then realize just like a PC update needing a re-boot
.. Internet pages need refreshing
(or try going back out of habit ..to the 3 bouncing Bombs
-of Cloud ERROR)
