is it ok to through crimp 10mm earth bonding cable due to relocation of board. would re run new cable but under tilled floor. thanks
 
A through crimp is considered a permanent joint so it would be ok. I would sleeve it with some form of green & yellow, either some heat shrink or insulation tape.
 
that's when using 1 cable to bond gas and water, that you dont break it because then mr. plumber disconnects the gas bond and he's also disconnected the water as well.
