Price of 2nd fixing.... URGENT.....

Hi all, have just landed a job to go at on evenings and weekends as i work mon-fri as a 4th year apprentice.
There is a new build site which 4 of the houses require all 2nd fixing and also another 3 which require pendents changed for spots in living room and kitchen. Was just after help with pricing as never really priced per house etc before, i think the biggest job will be the spots as i am lead to believe so far there are a total of around 15 in each property which will require 1st fix etc as pendents are in place at the mo and 2 outside lights for each home.
I am going to view the job tomoz and jot down each point and more info on the spots etc so will upload more details soon.

Why has the second fixing not ben completed by the person/s who first fixed it, have they told you which certificate they want off you when you have completed your work

be careful. you could be made the scapegoat for somebody else's shoddy 1st fix.

If they're new build builds, BC will be all over them, certificates will be needed for sure. Are you scheme registered???
