I am resistered with NICEICE but i am not busy. how can i get more work ,i live in london. I'm hoping someone would be able to help me, Any advice will be greatly appreciated

Take a look at who your existing clients are, then think about similar ones. EG if you're doing a lot of PIRs, letting agents need them doing. Estate agents could be a source for you, go to property auctions and drop cards to buyers.
Try to think a little differently from how you normally do mate, there'll be a flash of inspiration
