You not based near me... From what I recall (East Anglia) we have loads of really talented, qualified & experienced sparks out of work.

Ey? who from...just local lads out of work. One lad needs to review his CV as its full of mistakes....

We get loads of those people just don't bother.... Even simple things like putting the CV in some logical order.


oh and the obvious people on "job seekers" who have no qualifications and send you a letter because they know you don't want them.

i now bin all my CV's i get!!! ocassionally i reply to people but if i dont have enough work for 1 how can i employ 3 or 4

even a no is better than nothing,you can probably tell the ones who want a job to those who do it because the job centre says they have to,so for the sake of a stamp and 5 mins of your time it gives them hope,so well done to ds for replying,shame some of the big companies cant sent a letter.
